Tone Mix n Match Terms and Conditions
All Mix n Match Plans, hereinafter referred to as “Plans” is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) The Plans are valid only for all existing and new Tone Excel and Tone Plus subscribers, hereinafter referred to as “subscribers”.

2) The Plans are local voice calls plans and data plans with the following quota, validity and price:

3) To subscribe to the Plan(s), subscribers must type and send the desired keyword to 2222.

4) Each SMS sent to 2222 is charged at 10 sen per SMS.

5) Subscribers can only subscribe to 1(one) Local Voice Plan and 1(one) Data Plan of any kind at any one time. For subscribers that are already subscribed to an existing plan, subscribing to a new plan will supersede and deactivate their current plan and any unused quota will be forfeited.

6) Subscribers must have a minimum balance of RM1.00 in their prepaid main balance AFTER subscribing for any of the Plan(s) in order for the subscription to be successful.

7) The Plans will be auto-renewed within 12:00am midnight to 1:00am.

8) In the event the Local Voice Quota and/or Data Quota are exhausted before the expiry, subscribers can get additional quota by sending the desired keyword to 2222. Any unused quota from the previous Plan(s) do not carry forward.
